Your job

• Responsible for overseeing SAP Master Data management processes to ensure data integrity, consistency, timeliness and accessibility of Data in the system. Focus is on Material Master Data and related Business Objects and Systems that provide data to SAP.
• Develop Data Quality Strategies: Create and implement strategies to maintain high data quality across the organization. Starting Point is SAP Material Master Data and connected Data Objects (especially Bill of Materials, Routings, Purchase Info Records, Source List, etc.). In addition processes and systems that deliver input for SAP Master Data have to be taken into consideration.
• Define Data Quality Indicators (DQIs) in collaboration with Data Owners, Master Data Teams and Data Stewards. Establish data quality criteria, metrics, and indicators for Data Quality measurement
• Review Data Sets: Ensure data accuracy and completeness by regularly reviewing and auditing data sets according to the defined DQIs.
• Reporting on Data Quality: Generating reports for stakeholders on the current state of data quality and any issues found (Data Quality Dashboard)
• Monitor Data Input/Output Processes and Interfaces: Secure proper Data Input from other Systems (Lumir, LED Database etc.) to SAP Master Data. Monitor Data Export of SAP Data to linked Data Systems (like Product Data Base, AEB, etc.) Define relationships and processes. Specify single point of truth;
• Monitor configuration parameters (VIVA Variant Management) and classifications (Configuration Management, Classification criteria, KMAT, etc.) as well as Data automated Data Logics
• Organize Data Quality Training: Educate employees on data quality standards and best practices. Support Master Data Governance Implementation (rules and responsibilities for Master Data Management)

Your profile

• Master of Economics, IT or Technical University
• Attention to Detail: Ensuring data accuracy and consistency
• Excellent SAP knowledge (MM, SD), work experience in SAP min 3 years
• Sound IT systems and IT tools know-how
• Excellent communication and networking skills
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
• Pro-active and driven by results; high level of integrity, personal drive and enthusiasm;
• Analytical thinking plus capability to implement processes, tools and procedures;
• Willingness to manage global issues and to act in a global business environment;
• Very good understanding of process & data management;
