About the role
We are looking for a media data specialist.
This role is ideal for someone with a minimum experience of 2 years in media and social monitoring and analysis, in a fast-paced and highly international environment.
Key responsibilities.
• Data Collection and Management.• Collect data from multiple media sources (amongst social media platforms, television, radio, print, digital advertising channels, etc.) • Ensure data accuracy and consistency in projects.• Creation of basic and complex search queries / taxonomies, using Boolean language • Monitoring & Data Analysis.• Set up and maintain an efficient alerting system, based on the account teams’ project needs (taxonomies, frequency, respondents, etc.).• Analyze media performance metrics, such as visibility, reach, engagement, conversions, or ROI. • Carry out thorough and pertinent data analysis on audience behavior, content preferences, and market trends specific to Americas.• Reporting and Visualization.• Produce clear and actionable research reports (daily, weekly, monthly or quarterly reports) using visual storytelling. • Create and maintain live dashboards in media monitoring tools hosted by preferred partners. • Tailor reports to meet regional needs, considering language and cultural nuances Hours requirements Candidates can choose between two distinct schedules.
Profile & Experience
• Fluent English. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.• Strong numeracy and analytical skills.• Strong knowledge of the Microsoft Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel). • High level of organizational and time management skills.• High degree of accuracy and attention to detail. • Understanding North American business culture. • Knowledge of PR / communications, and marketing.• Ability to work closely with international stakeholders and adapt to the demands of a global organization. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.• Enjoys working in a dynamic & fast-paced environment.
