Job description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Artificial Intelligence Specialist with a focus on CoPilot, Azure AI, and general AI technologies to join our innovative team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing and deploying AI solutions within the Microsoft ecosystem, including experience with MS Power Platform, Dataverse, MS SharePoint, and O365.

Additionally, the candidate should be proficient in developing low code solutions using the MS Power Platform. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver cutting-edge AI-driven solutions that leverage Microsoft technologies to enhance business operations, workflows, and user experiences.

Your responsibilities

• CoPilot Studio Implementation: Lead the adoption and integration of Microsoft CoPilot into enterprise applications and workflows to enhance user productivity through AI-powered assistance. Combine innovative chat bot solution with content from SharePoint document libraries or structure data from MS Power Platform Dataverse data bases. Leverage newest agent capabilities to turn GenAI content into value added actions.
• Design and Develop AI Solutions: Architect and implement AI solutions using Azure AI, CoPilot Studio, and other Microsoft Azure AI services to solve complex business problems.
• Integration with Microsoft Applications: Leverage Microsoft technologies such as MS Power Platform, Dataverse, MS SharePoint, and O365 to create cohesive AI solutions that integrate seamlessly within the Microsoft ecosystem.
• Develop Low Code Solutions: Utilize the MS Power Platform, mainly model driven apps to create low code solutions that integrate seamlessly with existing business processes and workflows
• Azure AI Services: Utilize a range of Azure AI services (e.g., Azure Cognitive Services, Azure Machine Learning, Azure Bot Services) to develop and deploy intelligent applications.
• Collaborate with our Data Science team to refine AI models using appropriate models and Azure AI services to reach best possible results.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with business analysts, our digital business division, developers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and create AI-based solutions that meet business objectives.
• Support our project teams in requirement engineering of their AI scenario and support them in the evaluation of the business case and post-implementation value delivery
• Innovation and Research: Keep abreast of the latest advancements in AI and machine learning technologies and apply them to enhance the organization's AI capabilities. Researching new developments in AI and cloud computing to drive continuous innovation in solutions.
• Mentorship and Leadership: Guide and mentor junior team members in AI and cloud technologies, fostering a collaborative learning environment.
• Ensure Compliance and Security: Ensure that all AI solutions comply with industry standards and best practices for security and data privacy. Establish AI governance frameworks to ensure the ethical and transparent use of AI technologies

Your background

• Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: Proven experience in designing and implementing AI solutions.
  Strong experience with CoPilot and Azure AI services such as Azure Cognitive Services, Azure Machine Learning, and Azure Bot Services.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Model driven Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) and MS SharePoint.
• Expertise in Cloud computing, specifically Azure platform, including security, networking, and data management.
• Understanding of M365 services and how to integrate them into enterprise workflows with AI.
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Following skills and experiences would be an additional value for the position:
  • Enterprise AI Deployments: Previous experience in deploying AI solutions in context of enterprise applications.
  • Proficiency in AI/ML programming languages such as Python, R, or C#
  • Customer-Facing Experience: Experience in working directly with customers to design and deliver AI-driven solutions that meet their specific needs.
  • Certifications: Microsoft Certified: Azure AI Engineer Associate, Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Solution Architect Expert, or similar certifications.
