The location: Condominio Industrial Santa Cruz, Santa Cruz de las Flores, Tlajomulco de Zúñiga, Jalisco

We are working on a hybrid schedule - 3 days in the office and 2 remote

The role:

The Master Data Specialist acts as the liaison between the Customer, Sales team, and Order Management team to ensure an efficient internal process and excellent overall customer experience.  This position plays an important role in improving sales productivity by ensuring a streamlined ordering process.

Essential Functions:

  • Responsible for daily operation of creation & maintenance of customers in SAP

  • Maintain standard procedures for managing customer master, ensuring that processes are aligned to these standards

  • Complete supplier forms submitted by new customers

  • Manage account data integrity between SAP and the Customer Relationship Management system and other platforms as required

  • Manage customer and partner price agreements & promotional codes in Salesforce

  • Troubleshoot potential issues with Customer Master data and advise on potential solutions

  • Work cross functionally to resolve Custer Master data issues

  • Process improvement focus

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, specifically Excel

  • Working knowledge of Customer Master or related master data function.

Minimum education and work experience required:

  • Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred, or an otherwise equivalent level of experience

  • 2+ years of work experience in customer master data-related role

  • Experience supporting a sales organization preferred
