Hybrid: 90% Remote; 10% in office.

What You’ll Do:

As a Data Quality Analyst, you’ll be entrusted with maintaining the integrity of our data systems. Your role will include:

• Ensuring Data Consistency: Analyze and evaluate data to ensure adherence to defined business rules and standards.
• Governance & Compliance: Promote global data governance practices, driving adoption of True Rx Health Strategists' enterprise data standards across all business segments.
• Collaborating with Stakeholders: Provide expert guidance on data-related projects and initiatives, ensuring changes and dependencies are managed effectively.
• Developing Documentation: Create and maintain key user guides, training documents, and other essential resources.
• Audit & Compliance: Conduct audits to ensure data adheres to regulatory compliance standards and governance frameworks.
• Continuous Improvement: Help implement and evolve the data quality strategy within the organization.

What You Bring:

You’re a proactive and detail-oriented professional with a passion for data. You have:

• Education: A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
• Experience: Previous experience in data quality, with a solid understanding of data governance, compliance, and business rules.
• Skills:
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
• SQL experience preferred
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Ability to work independently and thrive as a team player
