Achieve growth for the entire Rakuten Group through the operation of e-commerce sites directly operated by Rakuten, focusing on daily necessities, food, beverages, cosmetics, and baby products.

You will be directly involved in a wide range of decision making, including marketing directly to end users, product assortment, and supply chain.

Position Details

You will be responsible for developing marketing strategies (channel strategy, category strategy, CRM, AI strategy, logistics strategy, etc.) to achieve sales and profit targets and various KPIs for the business, as well as promoting projects in collaboration with each team (MD, web designer, engineer, logistics team).

The scope of influence and stakeholders are diverse, but the discretion is large, and you will be required to use a lot of people, goods, and money to achieve results, making this a job with many opportunities for growth.
