Are you ready to be a major contributor to Danske Bank's transformation into a fully data-driven organization? We are looking for a proactive and passionate individual to enhance our existing Data Quality Issue Management process and support the Group's overarching Data Management programme.

The Group Data Management Office (GDMO) is part of the Data & Analytics Organization, contributing to the Group's efforts to mitigate various data risks. GDMO is crucial in enabling Danske Bank to fulfil its long-term aim of being a data-driven bank. As the Bank's Data Management Centre of Excellence, our team of 22 committed employees is based across Copenhagen, London, Vilnius, Århus and India. We set Data Management standards, create essential business processes, select and drive Data Management tools, and implement and drive the DM programme. Our area of responsibility includes the entire Danske Bank Group.
 

Your Role and Responsibilities:

In this role, you will collaborate within two delivery teams in the Group Data Management Office to support the creation of the bank’s Data Quality Issue Management process and structure the overall Data Management Programme. You will develop and implement new business procedures and training materials.

You will facilitate and drive workshops across the bank to understand the current state and challenge the status quo to improve daily operations.

It is important to maintain a structured and detail-oriented approach to support the Data Management Programme. A keen focus on stakeholder management is essential as you work with a diverse and extensive set of stakeholders across the bank.
 

We Imagine That You

  • Have a solid understanding of project management practices, gained through experience in project management, PMO roles, or consulting.
  • Are a team player with solid communication skills and a self-driven attitude.
  • Are proficient in English
  • Can bridge technology and business, with effective planning and organizing skills, attention to detail, and experience in cross-functional work.
  • Are proficient in the Office suite, with MS Project, JIRA, and Tableau skills being valued.
  • Are willing to build an understanding of Data Management over time, even if not currently required.
  • Have a similar background with banking or insurance being a plus.
