Job Description

We are looking for an individual skilled in spend analysis and campaign management for virtual card. This role would combine skills in data analytics / Excel, a strong understanding of what type of spend can be paid via virtual card, and the ability to be the face to the customer before and during a virtual card supplier enablement campaign.

This position is a remote, US-based contract role for 10-12 months (individual contractor or LLC is acceptable, no C2C please)

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze spend by customers via virtual card to determine the suitability of specific suppliers for virtual card adoption
  • Analyze spend in near real time to make possible “just-in-time calling”, to contact suppliers shortly after an invoice has been approved to ask the supplier whether they will accept virtual card for immediate payment
  • Analyze new suppliers added by customers to make possible “continuous enablement” to contact new suppliers to ensure they are offered payment via virtual card
  • Spend analysis on spend both inside and outside of the Platform
  • Tools to be used include Supplier Enablement Platform, Excel, SQL queries (to data mine usage data in the platform) and others as needed
  • Coordinating with customers, growth managers, campaign management team, supplier outreach team and acquiring side partners
  • Present spend data to customers and work with customers to transition spend to virtual card
  • Develop and implement strategies to grow virtual card spend on the platform
  • Work with acquiring side partners like Boost, Billtrust, Adflex and others to transition suitable spend to these partners

Qualifications

  • 4-8 years experience with virtual card supplier enablement, including campaign management
  • 4-8 years experience with the commercial card ecosystem in the U.S.
  • Experience with spend analysis
  • Advanced skills in data analytics, including SQL queries
  • Strong verbal & written communications skills
