Data Analyst

Key Requirements:

• 1.5+ years of experience as a Data Analyst / BI Developer.
• Required experience: SQL, Power BI (DAX, M, Desktop/Web), Excel.
• Preferred (or areas for growth): Databricks, BigQuery, Python, R, Git.
• English level: Intermediate.
• Nice to have: JIRA + Confluence (or similar), Draw.io, Google Sheets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analysis of raw data from ERP and primary data collection systems. Identification of relationships, structures, and dependencies.
• Designing data marts and developing analytical reports in Power BI.
• Preparation and maintenance of documentation throughout the entire reporting development cycle (not for bureaucracy but adhering to the principle of minimal sufficiency).
• Collaboration within the team (Data Engineer, BI Lead) during report development to ensure efficient storage and access to data for reporting purposes of related departments.
• Communication with internal clients. Decomposition of stakeholder requirements into tasks for Data Engineers to develop analytical reports that align with business needs and facilitate data-driven decision-making.
• Cooperation with ERP system analysts to build a comprehensive understanding of data architecture and its interconnections.
• Proactive involvement in establishing processes related to data collection, processing, and visualization, as well as interaction with analytics and BI development teams from related departments (Manufacturing/Marketing).
