As a Data Analyst at Platzi, you will play a pivotal role in using data to drive decision-making across the organization. You will work closely with stakeholders to identify their data needs, design analytical solutions, and present results in intuitive formats, such as dashboards. Your ability to combine technical expertise with business acumen will ensure the success of Platzi's growth and strategic initiatives.

If you excel at solving complex problems, communicating data insights effectively, and enjoy working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, this role is for you.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role.
• Proficient in SQL, with the ability to write complex queries for data extraction and analysis.
• Experience building dashboards and visualizations using tools like Looker, Power BI, or Tableau.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on providing actionable insights.
• Experience working with cloud platforms such as BigQuery or Databricks.
• Familiarity with designing and executing descriptive and diagnostic analyses to address business questions.
• Ability to effectively communicate technical findings to non-technical stakeholders.
• Plus: Proficiency in Python for advanced analytics and automation.
• Plus: Familiarity with version control tools like Git and GitHub.
• English level: B2 or above, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
