Data Analyst

Overview:

SOFTSWISS continues to expand the team and is looking for a Data Analyst. We need a true, experienced and accomplished professional who shares our culture and values.

Key responsibilities:

• Development and maintenance of dashboards and reports for various company departments
• Collaboration with other teams to identify analytical needs and provide actionable insights
• User behavior analysis to generate insights
• Work with key company metrics: monitoring, analyzing changes, identifying causal relationships, combining this with pattern and anomaly analysis for deeper insights
• Performing ad-hoc analytical tasks at stakeholders’ requests

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience in an analytical role
• English proficiency at B2+ level (Upper Intermediate or higher)
• Russian - native-level proficiency
• Willingness to actively collaborate with an international team

Technical Skills:

• Strong skills in writing and optimizing SQL queries for working with large datasets (experience with ClickHouse is a plus)
• Proficiency in Python for data analysis (pandas, numpy, seaborn, plotly, stats)
• Experience with data visualization tools, including mandatory knowledge of Tableau (knowledge of Apache Superset is a plus)
• Understanding of basic statistics and probability theory
• Basic command-line skills (is a plus)
• Experience with Jira and Confluence for task and documentation management

Soft Skills:

• Strong communication skills, ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at different levels
• Ability to dive deep into subject areas to understand business processes
• Proactivity and a desire to grow
