Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in data preprocessing, machine learning model optimization, and large-scale data analysis, as well as experience integrating and working with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Gainsight. You will be responsible for developing and deploying predictive models, feature engineering, and ensuring efficient workflows for machine learning and data-driven applications. Experience with Tensorflow / Keras is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and Optimize ML Models: Train, fine-tune, and optimize machine learning models using advanced frameworks and techniques.
• Programming Expertise: Work extensively with Python libraries (NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, PyTorch, TensorFlow) to implement data engineering and ML solutions.
• SQL Proficiency: Write and optimize SQL queries to manage, manipulate, and analyze large datasets effectively.
• Data Preprocessing: Clean, preprocess, and transform raw data into formats suitable for model training and analysis.
• Feature Engineering: Create meaningful features to enhance the performance of predictive models.
• Model Evaluation: Evaluate machine learning models for accuracy, precision, recall, and other relevant metrics to ensure optimal performance.
• Predictive Modeling: Develop and deploy robust predictive models to support business objectives.
• CRM Integration: Work with customer relationship management platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Gainsight) to extract, preprocess, and integrate CRM data into analytical workflows.
• Large Dataset Analysis: Analyze and process large-scale datasets to identify patterns, trends, and insights that inform decision-making.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in Python and its data-related libraries (NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, PyTorch, TensorFlow).
• 3-4 years of experience in machine learning models and analytics.
• Expertise in writing complex SQL queries for data extraction and transformation.
• Hands-on experience in developing, deploying, and maintaining predictive machine learning models.
• Familiarity with CRMs such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Gainsight, including integration and data handling.
• Solid understanding of data preprocessing techniques and feature engineering.
• Ability to analyze large datasets and draw actionable insights.
• Familiarity with Snowflake is a significant advantage.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
