HR Data Analyst

BBH is looking for an experienced Analyst to support global HRBP team by providing insightful reporting of critical people related factors.

Your responsibilities:

  • Collect global HR data and metrics to identify, analyze and interpret key people trends.

  • Address challenges coming from mass volumes and fast paced business environment.

  • Make sure analysis is presented in a clear, concise, and business-relevant manner to key stakeholders in HR, and in business. Continuously improve the metrics, reports, presentations, and quality standards.

  • Assist HRBPs globally with data related projects.

Our requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience in data analytics, ideally for HR (experience with Training &Development or Compensation data analyses will be added value)

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, finance, business, or statistics

  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills (ideally commercial experience in both)

  • Ability to effectively analyze and synthesize large amounts of complex data into relevant insights

  • Detail oriented and capable of delivering high level of accuracy

  • Excellent written and oral communication in English
