Job Description:
The Analyst, Analytics & Data Products will report to OneOncology’s Sr. Manager, Strategic Analytics. This role will support projects carried out by teams across the organization by generating insights and delivering actionable information to OneOncology and its partner practices. This role will also provide a robust introduction to the healthcare and oncology industries, providing insight into how analytics can be used to inform strategy and improve performance of care delivery organizations.
Responsibilities
Performing analyses on large data sets, including EHR data, billing data, external claims data, and CRM data to understand trends and practice performance
Creating dashboards and other visualizations to provide users with insight on practice volumes, referral patterns, and market performance driven by the physician liaison program
Collaborating with practice physician liaisons and internal administrative stakeholders to understand how analytics can be used to support field strategy and patient volume initiatives
Developing deliverables on practice operations and physician liaison program impact to communicate findings to OneOncology and partner practice leaders
Managing the data needs for physician liaisons and completing updates in a CRM platform
Other duties as assigned to help drive our mission of improving the lives of everyone living with cancer.
Key Competencies
An analytical mindset and the determination to find pragmatic solutions
Strongly proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
Proficiency in SQL a plus; desire to learn SQL a must
Familiarity with PowerBI or other data visualization tools a plus
Familiarity with / working knowledge of the healthcare industry
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree
0-3 years’ work experience; experience working for a consulting firm, health insurer, healthcare provider organization, or other similar organization a plus
Genuine interest in learning about and working in the oncology space
Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience using Salesforce CRM
