Important note: We have two opportunities available:
Data Engineer - Regular Shift
Working Hours: flexible between 7 - 9 AM and 3 - 7 PM.
Data Engineer - US Shift
Working Hours: flexible between 2 - 4 PM and 10 PM- 12 AM.
THE ROLE
Working as a Data Engineer you will play an important role in Data Platform. You will work closely with a team of experienced colleagues based in the US, Denmark, France and Serbia.
JOB DESCRIPTION
As our new Data Engineer, you will:
Develop and maintain data pipelines and orchestration in our data warehouse
Manage data platform infrastructure to support data processing and analysis
Expand our data warehouse with clean data ready for analysis
Gather requirements and scope on analytical data projects
Build data models based on modern data modeling concepts
Development and maintain data documentation
Implement data quality checks and validation processes

Requirements
What you need to be successful:
Excellent knowledge of Python and SQL. Experience with dbt is a big plus.
Experience in data modelling techniques such as Kimball or similar
Experience with AWS cloud infrastructure and services (Redshift, S3) or similar
Experience with orchestration tools Dagster, Airflow or similar
Exposure to Docker and container technology
Proficient in git and CI/CD processes
