Data Engineer - Snowflake

As a Data Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining our data infrastructure on the Snowflake platform. You will work closely with our data analytics and development teams to ensure the accuracy, availability, and security of our data. Your role will be critical in driving data-driven decision making and ensuring the success of our business.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and implement data models on the Snowflake platform to support business needs

- Develop, test, and maintain ETL processes to load data from various sources into Snowflake

- Optimize data pipelines for performance and scalability

- Monitor and troubleshoot data issues, ensuring data integrity and accuracy

- Collaborate with data analysts and data scientists to understand data requirements and deliver actionable insights

- Work with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements and automation

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data engineering and Snowflake

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in data engineering, with a focus on Snowflake

- Strong knowledge of SQL and database design principles

- Experience with ETL tools and processes

- Familiarity with cloud-based data warehousing platforms, preferably Snowflake

- Experience with programming languages such as Python or Java

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

- Strong communication and collaboration skills
