Your skillsand experience We are driving a strategy of creating a best-in-class AWS based cloud-based data platform. We use a broad range of innovative tools and services to enable the data processing and access requirements of the CBA group with a key goal of enabling the utilizations of GenAI and other advanced data techniques across the business.People management experience of large teams (30+) with previous experience in playing leadership roles within data engineering chapter and a background of engineering experience.Expertise in leading and driving team of platform engineers utilizing AWS services (EMR, Redshift, Glue among others) highly desirable Proven experience working in financial services or similarly regulated industry with a strong risk mind set Experience implementing large scale self-service enterprise data platforms highly desirable.
