Enveda is looking for a Sr. Computational Biologist to join our team in Boulder,CO.!
The contribution you will make:We are looking for a Senior Computational Biologist with a demonstrated track record of applying your skills to analyze proteomics and transcriptomics data sets using Python and/or R, to deconvolve complex biological signals in both preclinical and clinical scenarios. You will oversee/support the analysis of all of our MOA and Target Identification efforts for our first-in-class medicines inspired by nature.

You get to collaborate on:

• Proteomics, transcriptomics, and metabolomics approaches applied to multiple systems (in vitro, in vivo, ex vivo, preclinical models) to determine the mechanisms of action of our medicines.
• Analyze real-world clinical data for novel biomarkers displaying target-engagement of our first-in-class medicines
• Experiment design, execution, and analysis of the above, including setting up infrastructure to rapidly analyze and visualize data

Who will thrive in this role?

• 5 (years) of industry experience
• Proven track record of - success in highly collaborative projects, specifically in areas of disease mechanisms in preclinical or clinical (either progression or therapeutic intervention)
• Strong understanding of - multi-omics analysis, with specific strengths in transcriptomics and proteomics
• Deep familiarity with modeling in Python and/or R
• Ability to summarize complex results in concise written form
