Responsibilities :
1. Leadership and Strategy:
○ Define, refine, and own key performance metrics for the UPI vertical to achieve business
objectives
○ Partner with leadership to shape data-driven strategies around growth, user retention,
monetization, and cross-sell opportunities
○ Build and communicate a compelling analytics roadmap aligned with product and business
priorities
2. Advanced Analytics & Insights:
○ Lead in-depth data analysis to uncover trends, opportunities, and areas of optimization using
advanced statistical techniques, machine learning models, and predictive analytics
○ Drive initiatives to optimize the product funnel, including user onboarding, engagement, and
retention
3. Experimentation & Data-Driven Decision Making:
○ Design, implement, and evaluate A/B tests and experiments to assess product feature impacts
and continuously improve user experience
○ Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to align on key product goals
and ensure data-driven decision-making
4. Team Leadership & Mentorship:
○ Manage, mentor, and upskill a team of analysts, enabling them to deliver high-quality insights
and business outcomes
○ Foster a culture of ownership, innovation, and excellence within the analytics team
5. Data Governance & Tooling:
○ Establish robust data governance practices to ensure data quality, accuracy, and integrity
○ Advocate for the adoption and optimal use of analytics tools and platforms across the
organization

Key Skills Required
● Experience: 5+ years of experience in analytics, with at least 2 years leading teams or projects in a
fast-paced environment
● Technical Proficiency: Advanced SQL, experience with BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), and knowledge of
statistical tools (e.g., Python, R)
● Product Analytics Expertise: Strong understanding of Product flows, user behavior analysis, and
performance optimization
● Strategic & Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to think holistically and translate data insights into actionable
business strategies
● Stakeholder Management: Proven experience collaborating with product managers, engineering teams,
and business leaders to achieve goals
● Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, capable of influencing stakeholders
across all levels
Good to Have
● Familiarity with UPI ecosystem, user retention strategies, monetization, and cross-sell opportunities.
