System Behavior Analysis Intern

As an intern on the System Behavior Analysis Team, you will work with test and triage engineers who help us understand failures encountered on the road. You will work closely with engineering teams, Technical Program Managers and Offshore vendors. You will help improve the quality of triage by developing a triage audit methodology including metrics, the necessary tooling, scripting, dashboards and training for it. Monitoring the triage quality is critical to providing engineering teams with actionable inputs teased out from large amounts of driving data, and help build the safest and most reliable autonomous driving software.

Technical Qualifications & Language Requirements

• Working towards a Bachelor's, Master's or PhD degree in computer science, computer engineering, or a similar discipline
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, JavaScript or other programming language
• Enthusiasm for automotive technologies and robotics
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Positive attitude, team player and ability to quickly adapt to changes

Bonus Qualifications

• Education/Experience in Machine Learning/Deep Learning concepts
• Experience with version control systems (e.g. Git)
• Experience with issue reporting tools (e.g. Jira, Atlassian tools, Azure DevOps, etc.)

CompensationThe monthly salary range for this position is $6,500 to $9,500. Compensation will vary based on role, degree level and type, and benefits will be offered based on eligibility. Additional benefits may include medical insurance, 401k, and a housing stipend.
