Responsibilities
LLM Development & Optimization:
- Design, develop, and optimize large language models (LLMs) to tackle complex real-world challenges.
- Work closely with data scientists and machine learning engineers to enhance language model performance and accuracy.
- Implement and fine-tune models to process and generate human language efficiently.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate LLMs into production environments.
- Optimize model architecture for scalability, reliability, and computational efficiency.
Research & Innovation:
- Conduct research on state-of-the-art advancements in language models and AI technologies.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and breakthroughs in NLP (Natural Language Processing) and LLMs.
- Identify opportunities for improving the company's AI products by applying innovative techniques and methodologies.
Collaboration & Mentorship:
- Collaborate with the AI, data science, and engineering teams to deploy LLM-based solutions.
- Provide technical mentorship to junior team members and share best practices in LLM development.
- Contribute to knowledge sharing and help shape the AI roadmap within the organization.
Quality Assurance & Testing:
- Develop and execute rigorous testing processes to ensure model accuracy, performance, and robustness.
- Continuously improve the accuracy of LLMs by applying feedback and real-world data.
Required Qualifications
Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of experience working with large language models, NLP, or a related field.
- Proven experience in applying LLMs to solve real-world business or technical problems.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or similar.
- Strong understanding of NLP techniques and tools (e.g., Transformers, BERT, GPT, etc.).
- Experience with machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face, etc.).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) for deploying AI models.
General Skills:
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a passion for AI research and innovation.
- Ability to work independently and within a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively share ideas and results with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Education:
- A degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field. A Masters or PhD is a plus.
