What You’ll Be Doing:

• Evolent Mission: achieve better outcomes for people with the most complex health conditions by integrating provider care across to improve the patient care journey.
• We have roughly 5000 employees across 3 different countries, but only provide health care in the US.
• 100% remote company, officially HQ’d in Virginia in the US with offices also in Pune and Manilla.
• We are publicly traded on the NYSE and our revenue is north of $2B, and we’ve given guidance to continued growth and expansion to the investment community.
   

  Need to have skills -

• SQL:
  • Strong understanding of SQL queries, joins, and subqueries.
  • Experience with database management systems like MySQL, PostgreSQL, or SQL Server.
• Python Programming:
  • Proficiency in libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, and SciPy.
  • Proficiency in Object Oriented Programming.
  • JSON file handling and manipulation using python.
  • Knowledge of ML models especially Regression and Classification. (Boosting Algos are a must). Model tuning and development.
  • Experience with data visualization tools like Matplotlib and Seaborn.
  • Knowledge of data manipulation and cleaning techniques.
• Version control:
  • Knowledge of version controlling commands and their uses.
• Data Analysis:
  • Ability to perform statistical analysis and interpret results.
  • Knowledge of machine learning algorithms and their applications.
• Data Stratification:
  • Understanding of data stratification techniques and their importance in analysis.
  • Ability to segment data based on various criteria.
• Problem-Solving Skills:
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues.
• US Healthcare knowledge:
  • US healthcare market and lines of business
  • Medical coding knowledge
• Data Visualization Tools:
  • Proficiency in tools like Excel for creating interactive dashboards and Powerpoint for presentation.
