Requirements

The ideal candidate will be responsible for: 

• AI Strategy & Implementation: Design and execute a comprehensive AI strategy to optimize operations and productivity, enhance decision-making, and improve customer and employee experience across all operational non-development functions.
• Model Selection & Deployment: Leverage your deep understanding of AI models, frameworks, and tools to select the best-fit solutions for various business needs.
• Prompt Engineering: Design and refine prompts to optimize the performance of AI models, for precise and accurate results for various applications.
• Agent Creation: Design, develop and configure AI-driven agents to automate tasks, and enhance operational efficiency.
• Measure results, provide insights and report on the impact of AI usage.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal teams (e.g., marketing, finance, customer support) to understand their challenges and introduce AI-driven solutions.
• Technology Integration: Ensure seamless integration of AI tools into our existing systems and workflows, enabling measurable impact and scalability.
• Education & Change Management: Champion AI adoption by training teams, building awareness, and fostering a culture of innovation.
• Emerging Technologies: Stay ahead of the curve by evaluating new AI trends, tools, and practices, ensuring Atcom remains at the forefront of AI-powered business transformation.

Qualifications:

• Passion for AI: A strong interest in artificial intelligence and its transformative potential across business functions.
• Broad Knowledge of AI Models: Familiarity with a range of AI models, including LLMs, and the ability to identify the best tools for specific use cases.
• Prompting Expertise: Strong ability to craft, test, and optimize prompts to maximize the effectiveness of AI models in solving business challenges.
• Agent Development Skills: Proficiency in building and deploying AI-powered agents that integrate seamlessly into existing systems to drive automation and decision-making.
• Strategic Mindset: Proven ability to develop and execute strategic initiatives that drive measurable business outcomes.
• Collaborative Approach: Exceptional communication skills and the ability to work effectively across teams and with diverse stakeholders.
• Educational Background: A degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. While a technical background is a plus, this is not a developer role.
• Hands-on Expertise: Experience implementing AI tools in real-world business scenarios and optimizing them for performance and scalability.
• Problem-Solving Skills: A creative, solutions-oriented thinker who thrives on turning challenges into opportunities.
• Growth Mindset: Eagerness to continuously learn and adapt to the ever-evolving AI landscape.
