The lab’s mission focuses on advancing artificial intelligence and related fields to benefit the company and society. Driven by impactful, long-term projects, the aim is to enhance state-of-the-art research while integrating innovations into the company's products and services, including LLMs, RL, NLP, computer vision, AI theory, and Autonomous driving.

About the job:

• Dive into the latest AI trends (including LLMs, Reasoning, Computer vision, data, and autonomous driving etc.) through comprehensive research and analysis, and by participating in industry and academic events.

• Identify and define technical research directions and topics with the potential to significantly impact the industry and our company's mid-to-long-term business.

• Formulate strategic plans for integrating AI technologies into our product and service offerings.

• Champion the adoption of cutting-edge AI solutions within the company and foster a culture of continual AI learning and improvement.

Requirements

About the ideal candidate:

• A Master's or Ph.D. degree in Computer Science/Engineering, or a related field.

• A robust understanding of AI technologies, including foundation models, natural language processing, computer vision, synthetic data, and reasoning.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prepare reports and presentations for a variety of audiences.

• A fervent passion for technology and innovation, coupled with a strong drive for self-improvement.

• A preference for candidates with familiarity with AI tools and platforms.
