As the Head of Curriculum Team at TripleTen, you will lead and inspire a talented content production team, ensuring the creation of high-quality and engaging educational materials. This role requires a visionary leader with a passion for education and a strong background in curriculum development, content strategy, and team management.
What you will do
- Content Production: overseeing end-to-end content creation, ensuring timely delivery of compelling text, videos, and visual materials that meet the needs of our B2B clients;
- Quality Assurance: implementing robust quality assessment processes to continuously elevate content standards and ensure alignment with industry best practices;
- Workflow Management: streamlining content and design team workflows for maximum efficiency and consistency, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within scope;
- Cross-functional Collaboration: partnering with other teams (such as marketing, sales, and product development) to innovate content strategies and determine priorities in content production; align production with company goals, leveraging feedback for continuous improvement;
- Market Research: staying abreast of industry trends and competitor offerings to inform curriculum development and maintain TripleTen’s competitive edge;
- Client Engagement: collaborating with B2B clients to understand their specific educational needs and tailor content solutions that drive engagement and learning outcomes;
- People Management: spearheading the hiring, training, and development of top-tier content creators, fostering a culture of creativity and collaboration;
- Leadership in Innovation: optimise content production for B2B clients in line with modern technological capabilities, defining requirements for technical innovations on the platform.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in curriculum development or educational content production, preferably within the edtech industry.
- Proven track record of leading high-performing teams and managing large-scale projects.
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across diverse teams.
- Proficiency in content management systems and digital learning platforms.
- Ability to analyze data and feedback to inform content strategy and improvements.
