The Program:

This is a rotational program designed to maximize your learning opportunities and find the best match for your skills. You will follow an initial onboarding period followed by a rotation across 2-6 months projects that will expose you to NetSuite's vast product portfolio and some of the specialized crafts that are highly valued in our business and the wider industry.  

We are hiring full cycle (4+ years) graduate degree students with a diverse set of skills and experiences to work in and across multiple product teams within Oracle-NetSuite. Our program will introduce you to various aspects of product management and the product development lifecycle. You will have the opportunity to improve your overall learning experience, build your network, and accelerate your chance to create an impact. What You’ll Do:

As a Product Associate, you will 

  • Work with senior product managers, analysts, designers, researchers, engineers, business stakeholders in all parts of product lifecycle from problem discovery, requirements definition, prioritization, delivery and agile development up to release strategy activities. 
  • Conduct discovery activities such as research on market trends, competitive landscape and solution ecosystems.
  • Conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses to help narrow down problem spaces, considering our customers' business needs.
  • Design solutions, write use cases, business requirements, and documentation to address problems and opportunities.
  • Develop, groom, and prioritize backlogs that create the most value for customers, while balancing the investment required from the NetSuite business.
  • Track dependencies on internal and external collaborators to ensure successful execution.

 

Minimum qualifications

  • Key:
    • Passion for leveraging technology to improve people's lives.
    • Knowledge of statistics and tools for analyzing data (SQL, excel, etc.).
    • Curious attitude: driven to learn, empathize and understand different point-of-views and ways of working.
    • Positive and resilient personality.  You must be open to feedback and have a desire for continuous iteration and improvement.
    • B2/C1 level in spoken and written English.
    • Flexibility to collaborate with geographically distributed teams.
    • Good time management.
  • Pluses:
    • Good skills in data visualizations and storytelling.
    • Python for data processing
    • Have academic course work, projects, internships, and/or research experience in one or more of the following: 
      • technical areas: Data Structures, Natural Language Processing, AI/ML, Cloud Computing, Information Systems,..
      • business areas: Business Analytics & Strategy, Economics, Accounting, Inventory Management, Operations, Supply Chain Management, Vendor Management, ECommerce, Marketing, Customer Relationship Management, or any equivalent.

 

Prerequisites 

  • Having finished or pursuing a full cycle graduate degree program (4+ years) in Computer Science, Engineering Management, Information Systems Management, Business Analytics, or an equivalent field graduating no later than August 2025.
  • Must join within 12 months of graduating, earliest start date being June 2025.
  • Degree issued by, or attend a university in the EU/EFTA region
  • Be willing to work from the office 2-3 days/week.
  • Authorized to work in Spain in 2025.
