Responsibilities:
- The role is responsible for developing and implementing software automation solutions upon Business Areas requirements for all Hydro Business Units;
- Accurately analysing and estimating business area requirements, identifying and communicating the technical infrastructure requirements;
- Supporting Business Analyst during the designing process of a new software automation solution;
- Modelling, developing and implementing automation processes during the project development stage following the core framework guidelines;
- Deploying automation components, such as bots, development tools, etc;
- Designing technical specification document for automation projects;
- Assuring automation solution quality and giving code review for team member’s projects;
- Investigating and sharing better practices/alternative solutions that could be used in future developments;
- Ensure to work in compliance with Hydro Quality system, HSE regulations, policies and standardized operating procedures;
- Perform all other tasks upon the instructions of the superior in charge which may be necessitated by the operations of the related unit and which do not conflict with any applicable laws, statutory provisions and company rule;
- Maintain and develop internal applications (C#);
- Compliance with area-specific customer requirements.
Experience:
- Relevant experience in software development, IT, or process automation;
- Experience working in cross-functional teams;
- Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Qualifications:

IT / Business Degree or Equivalent;

ITIL certification is an advantage;

Good command of English (verbal and written).
Requirements:
- Ability to work to deadlines and manage expectations;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Knowledge of Robotics Process Automation, experience in Artificial Intelligence / Machine learning is preferred;
- Solid understanding of the business processes related to the business application(s) concerned;
- Experience with architecting and developing workflow-based solutions or functionality;
- At least solid software development background, e.g C#, Java, VBA, PowerShell;
- Experience with automation solution softwares (e.g. UiPath, BluePrism, Google ML, Azure Bot Service, bigml) advantageous;
- Experience with Databases (SQL or NoSQL);
- Solid understanding of APIs.TIL certification is an advantage.
