Job Description

Reporting to the EVP of Investment Analytics, you will create impact within our Paid Media department. You will manage data ETL processes, oversee the rollout of Paid Media dashboards and set best practices for data automation, QA, storage and maintenance.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Meet with internal stakeholders to understand project needs to define a solution design that covers all data sources, automates data collection, synthesis and visualization.
• Oversee the collection of data from different sources with varying file formats, naming conventions, and data granularity, ensuring it is transformed into cohesive datasets - recommend underlying changes to data sources that will improve data quality and automation processes.
• Guide a team to create visually appealing and informative dashboards.
• Conduct testing and quality assurance, to ensure dashboards match the underlying data sources and their design meets client requirements.
• Work across several teams to implement best practices for data collection, automation and storage.
• Build scalable solutions that can be implemented quickly for long-tail clients.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience with following data visualization tools: Tableau and advanced use of Excel (you can perform complex functions).
• 8+ years of experience with coding languages such as SQL (required), Python (preferred) or R.
• 5+ years of experience with Power BI.
• 5+ years of experience Understanding of the paid media data ecosystem. For example with Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, DV360, Google Ads, Amazon Ads, or Meta for Business console.
• 5+ years experience with cloud storage tools such as Google BigQuery or Snowflake.
• You seek and implement solutions to refine and automate processes.
• When faced with a problem, you collaborate with the appropriate people to evaluate different options and find practical solutions.

Knowledge and skills:

• 8+ Years of experience in a technical data role; 3+ years of experience in a leadership role
• Bachelors or above in Data Engineering or a similar inclined degree
• Proficiency in using query languages such as SQL, Hive, Pig
• Excellent scripting and programming skills
• Robust knowledge of data warehousing and processing techniques
• You proactively seek opportunities to improve the resource and skills mix of your team
• You are a thought leader both internally and externally
• Experience working with Digital Marketing Data and reporting
