Palantir Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Platform Deployment and Configuration. Set up and maintain Palantir Foundry or Gotham environments. Configure workflows, data pipelines, and ontology structures to meet organizational needs.
•  Data Integration and Management. Integrate diverse data sources (e.g., APIs, relational databases, flat files) into Palantir platforms. Ensure data integrity, consistency, and compliance with organizational standards.
• Solution Development and Analytics. Design and implement analytical solutions using Palantirs tools and frameworks. Build dashboards, reports, and visualizations to provide actionable insights. Develop and document best practices for using Palantir platforms.
• Collaboration and Training. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including data engineers, analysts, and business leaders, to identify use cases and requirements. Provide training and technical support to end-users to ensure effective platform adoption.
• Platform Optimization and Maintenance. Monitor and enhance platform performance for scalability and efficiency. Identify and troubleshoot issues, implementing fixes and upgrades as needed.
• Compliance and Security. Ensure platform use adheres to data governance, security protocols, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

Skills:

• a. Palantir Expertise: In-depth knowledge of Palantir Foundry and/or Gotham, including workflows, pipelines, and ontology building.
• b. Programming: Proficiency in Python, Java, and/or JavaScript for custom development and scripting. Strong SQL skills for querying and managing databases.
• c. Data Integration: Experience with ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes and tools. Knowledge of APIs and integrating third-party systems with Palantir.
• d. Data Analysis and Visualization: Strong understanding of data modeling, analysis, and reporting. Familiarity with visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or native Palantir dashboards.
• e. Cloud and Infrastructure: Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. Familiarity with containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
• f. System Architecture: Understanding of distributed systems, microservices, and scalable architectures.
  
  Experience:
  
  * 3-5 years of experience in data engineering, data analytics, or software development.
  * Prior experience implementing or supporting Palantir platforms is highly desirable. (with at least 6 months Palantir experience)
  * Project Experience: Demonstrated success in delivering data-driven projects from concept to execution. Experience in designing and managing ETL workflows and data integration processes.
  * Certifications (Optional): Relevant certifications in data engineering, cloud computing (AWS, Azure, GCP), or machine learning. Palantir-specific training or certifications, if available.
