We have big plans ahead and are looking for a rockstar operator to join us in building our Client Operations Function. The RoleThis is a unique opportunity for an ambitious, entrepreneurial individual to help build our Client Operations function and have a massive impact on a high-growth business. As a Client Operations Associate, you will be deep in the weeds of our clients’ operations and help them to build world-leading AI applications across a broad set of verticals including retail, insurance, and healthcare.  Responsibilities 1.    Project managementa.     Own the results of data annotation projects by orchestrating resources and aligning expectations from client’s machine learning team, Encord’s annotation workforces and other internal stakeholders.b.    Understand the technical & operational requirements from clients and translate them into instructions that are understandable and executable by our annotation workforce.c.     Maintain the highest annotation quality by actively monitoring annotation outputs against annotation guidelines, and when necessary, conduct analysis using scripts to assess project-based metrics and ensure alignment with the project specifications. 2.    Solution consultationa.     Be the Gen AI and computer vision expert of Encord to suggest the best approach to handle data labelling for clients. This includes envisioning how humans and machines could work together to deliver the best annotation results efficiently.b.    Identify trends and product usage pattens from clients to suggest product ideas to our product and engineering team. 3.    Other responsibilitiesa.     Work closely with members of the Client Operations team to improve the data annotation and project management process, with the objective to consistently improving quality standards and scalability of the function.b.    Help Encord to become the go-to service provider for data annotation services in the market. About you -       Have an entrepreneurial mindset, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment.-       Demonstrated ability to handle complex project management tasks (e.g., PMO) in your career.-       Technical skills, particularly in scripting languages such as Python and SQL are preferred.-       Previous experience with / exposure on AI is desirable.-       You love technology and you’re able to talk about it.  What We Offer-       Competitive salary, commission and equity in a hyper growth business.-       Strong in-person culture: most of our team is in the office 3+ days a week.-       Room to grow into anything you choose to — a year ago we were 25 people, now we're 60.
