Job Summary

We are looking for a Maintenance Analytics Engineer to support Tetra Pak Services in driving improvements through diagnostics, data intelligence, and analytics tools. The successful candidate will assist in implementing data-driven solutions, maintaining analytics products, and supporting business transformation efforts. This role emphasizes collaboration, technical support, and ensuring adherence to industry standards, with opportunities to contribute to cross-functional initiatives for continuous improvement.

You will report to the Maintenance Analytics Manager, Next Generation Maintenance Management, and will be based in Lund, Sweden, working in a global setting.

What you will do

• Assist in utilising diagnostics and data intelligence to support business strategies.
• Contribute to the development of analytical solutions such as reports, tools and dashboards.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices for analytics solutions.
• Support the maintenance and troubleshooting of analytics tools in collaboration with data engineers and product owners
• Provide / assist user training on data analytics tools to ensure effective utilisation
• Collaborate in the implementation of service business initiatives involving analytics
• Build and maintain networks to support solution effectiveness.
• Work with cross-business teams to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Communicate technical information effectively to non-technical stakeholders.

We believe you have

Education:

• Bachelors or Masters’ degree in Engineering (preferable), Data Science, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.

Experience:

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Maintenance, Reliability Engineering, or Data Analytics.
• Hands-on experience in developing and analytical solutions (e.g., dashboards, reports, tools).
• Familiarity with tools like SQL, DAX, or database management systems.
• Knowledge of Maintenance Management Systems, IoT data, or reliability-cantered maintenance is a plus.
• Proficiency in data visualization, simulation, or data analytics tools.
• Knowledge in Python, R, or statistical analysis methods.
• Ability to troubleshoot and maintain analytical tools.
