As a member of the Human Resources team at Shiseido EMEA's regional headquarters, you will be the point of reference for the production of HR data analyses.
MISSIONS
The HR Data Analyst is responsible for the construction and production of HR KPIs for the EMEA region. This role combines operational tasks, the production of recurring reports, and design work with two key projects for 2025:
- Implementing Power BI for HR data management and visualization
- Producing the 'S' indicators necessary for the CSRD report
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Your mission revolves around two main areas:
Project Management:
- Ensure the implementation of Power BI for HR teams
- Produce and industrialize the production of indicators related to the CSRD
- Define HR KPIs in collaboration with the VP HR EMEA and HR directors in the EMEA region
- Configure, generate, and automate a variety of reports or queries using appropriate reporting tools – including Excel, SuccessFactors & Power BI
- Monitor and analyze the produced KPIs
- Assist in the development of standard reports for the needs of other internal clients (finance, IT, audit, etc.)
- Verify data integrity
- Help maintain data integrity in HR systems by analyzing data
Day-to-Day:
- Produce HR KPI dashboards
- Ensure Data Quality
- Facilitate the HR community (EMEA scope) on data-related topics (monthly meetings with each market)
- Produce additional reports as requested (weekly, monthly, quarterly, etc.)
- Respond to Ad Hoc requests
PROFILE
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- 3 to 5 years of experience in HR data analysis / HRIS
- Proficiency in Excel is essential
- Proficiency in Power BI (query creation, visualizations, permissions)
- Knowledge of SuccessFactors (Canvas report, Story report)
- Excellent synthesis and presentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders, and to work in a dynamic environment

- Customer service orientation and team spirit
