Data & Analytics Lead/Senior Data Analyst/Data Solution Architect at Luminous

As Data & Analytics Lead/Data Solution Architect at Luminous, you will drive the development and execution of a forward-thinking data strategy. This will involve staying updated on the latest advancements in data science, artificial intelligence, and machine learning, and identifying opportunities to apply these technologies to enhance our products and services.

You will work closely with senior stakeholders to understand their data needs and develop innovative data-driven solutions that align with the company's strategic objectives.

By harnessing the power of data, you will help Luminous unlock new growth opportunities, optimize operational efficiency, and improve customer experiences. Your leadership and expertise in data and analytics will be instrumental in shaping the future of Luminous and solidifying its position as a market leader in the industry

 

Qualification/ Personal Attributes

Experience: 4-10 Years

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Foster innovation and develop strategies to scale the impact of data and data science within Luminous products and services.

• Lead and manage a team driving business outcomes for the data center and Luminous services and products.

• Develop data-driven solutions with your team, providing mentoring, coaching, and support for their success.

• Encourage and empower team members to strategically influence various business teams using insights derived from data.

• Establish a group-wide data program, engaging senior business stakeholders to understand their data needs and develop data-driven solutions, including data strategic roadmaps and use cases.

• Lead the execution of data projects and drive data initiatives within the organization.

• Take ownership of data platforms, including Business Intelligence, Data Pipeline/Engineering, Data Analytics Platforms, and any other new data technology adoption.

• Ensure the efficient management and utilization of data platforms, implementing best practices for data governance, security, and scalability.

• Stay informed about emerging technologies and trends in data management, analytics, and visualization to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• Strong technical and managerial skills required to lead a team of data analysts and data scientists, developing and implementing a streamlined and reliable data flow throughout the organization.

• Proven track record of managing multiple data science projects in a fast-paced, digital, and agile business environment.

• Experience collaborating with internal stakeholders to understand and utilize available data for solving business challenges and deriving valuable insights through data analysis and data science technologies.

• Proficiency in quantitative analysis, utilizing programming languages such as R or Python, and data visualization tools like Klipfolio, PowerBI, Grafana or other preferred platforms to create visually appealing and informative dashboards.

• Ability to extract and analyze data from company databases to drive optimization and enhancement of product development, data acquisition techniques, and business strategies.

• Strong skills in querying complex datasets using SQL or other relevant tools, as well as manipulating and analyzing data using Python or R. you know what's a REST API and how it works.

• Experience deploying data science models in a production environment using cloud platforms like Azure, Google Cloud Platform or Heroku or other cloud infrastructures.
