What you will do:

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Data Analyst to join our team. This hybrid role combines traditional HR administrative duties with data analytics to support our HR operations and strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate will have a keen interest in leveraging data to drive insights and improvements.

Your day-to-day:

  • Collect and compile HR data from various sources, including HR system, payroll, and employee surveys.
  • Develop and maintain HR dashboards and reports to track key metrics such as turnover rates, employee engagement, compensation benchmarks, and benefits utilization.
  • Participate in market research and benchmarking to ensure competitive compensation and benefits packages.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity by performing regular audits and validations.
  • Support HR projects and initiatives with data-driven insights and recommendations.
  • Identify opportunities to improve HR processes like recruitment, talent & succession etc through digital solutions.
  • Manage employee records and ensure data accuracy in HR systems.
  • Handle employee inquiries and provide support on HR policies and procedures.
  • Prepare HR documents, such as employment contracts and letters and manage HR-related correspondence and documentation.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Data Analytics, Statistics, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an HR Data Analyst or in a similar role will be an asset
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, Python, Power BI).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
