Get the answers to your toughest challenges.Aiimi has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Data Product Manager - you will be working within a mix of new and established individuals as part of a Data Platform team and delivering into a high profile ongoing programme.
Please note due to the nature of this project you must hold a valid SC and be available for an immediate start.
With the first phase underway, you will be driving forward phase two, along with a Lead Data Architect & Lead Data Engineer - together you will be responsible for delivering the following:
- The Data Platform has the foundations in place to ensure it can integrate and/or facilitate the Digital Service Platform so that deliverables reach the right individuals in a swift, and confident manner.
- The Data Platform has fundamental operational components in place so that it can provide a rich, trusted source of information that ensures operational efficiency, mitigation of fraud and the continuation of delivery.
- The Data Platform has components that produce a service wrapper around it so that in live the Data Platform can be monitored and any issues that arise can be made known; so that the client can confidently show how data is being governed through the flow/usage of the data within the Data Platform.
- The analytics and intelligence teams should be able to scrutinise and report on the information held so the client can minimise the amount of new information needed to support this project; and to identify improvements to be made to enable better operational processes.
- The Data Platform should be able to acquire and hold new data sources as they’re identified and maintain the source levels of security and data protection, ensuring requests are dealt with in a timely manner and with sensitivity/vulnerability in mind.
Requirements
- A minimum of 5+ years experience based within a Data Product Manager role
- Must hold a current and valid SC clearance
- Must have experience working in the government and a strong understanding of government standards.
- Have an understanding of Databricks.
- Experienced in delivering at unprecedented pace to establish a large-scale ALB.
- Able to address complex service requirements - with significant potential fraud vectors - compliantly, at expected quality standards, whilst demonstrating value for money.
- Must be happy to occasionally travel to and work on client site (based in Newcastle).
