Job DetailsThe Customer Integration & Data Management (CIDM) Supervisor will work directly with senior leadership to support customers transitioning to Cencora as well as the ongoing maintenance of these customers' post onboard. Responsible for supervising team members responsible for customer onboarding and data quality.
Responsible for associate hiring, training, and performance management.
Point of support and escalation for direct associates.
Supports team on external & internal discussions.
Ensures data accuracy with assigned team during the onboarding life cycle.
Reviews & drives metrics & reports daily to ensure team is meeting SLA.
Responsible for following approval processes for business-critical elements, documents setups & changes to ensure compliance with established processes.
Responsible for associate growth & development.
Identifies any potential escalations or risks through reporting and proactive support.
Maintains relationships for escalations & support.
Responsible for managing processes as well as assisting with development and maintenance of SOPS.
Develops & executes training plans.
Interacts with all levels of the organization for requests.
Requirements
Requires broad training in fields such as business administration, accountancy, sales, marketing, computer sciences or similar vocations obtained through completion of a bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
Minimum of 5 years related and progressively responsible experience in customer service, customer maintenance, or administrative position.
Experience with leading teams - a strong advantage.
Experience working in Shared Services (GBS) with geographically dispersed teams - a strong advantage.
Demonstrated history of operating in a professional manner with customers or other associates.
Excellent analytical skills relative to data analysis and data auditing.
Excellent organizational skills.
Ability to communicate effectively in English, both orally and in writing.
Proven track record of accomplishment of detail-oriented problem solving, trouble shooting, and follow up.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Cross-functional collaboration experience.
Working knowledge of computers necessary to operate effectively with company systems and programs; proficient in Microsoft Office (specifically Excel, Word, & PowerPoint presentations).
Good understanding of local, regional, and national contracts; knowledge of DEA and state licensing details as well as programs and services offered by the Company - an advantage.
Familiarity with SAP and Salesforce - an advantage.
Familiarity with customer maintenance related areas such contracts, credit, rebates, and accounts receivable - a strong advantage.
Demonstrated ability to work independently.
Excellent problem-solving skills; ability to resolve issues effectively and efficiently.
