About the role:  

We are actively searching for a highly motivated and tech-savvy Junior Data Analyst (m/f/d) to join our dynamic team in Category Management & Onsite Merchandising for a 20-hour per week commitment. If you are enthusiastic about data, have a knack for creating impactful dashboards and reports, and are seeking your initial career opportunity in the professional realm, we warmly welcome you to be a part of our team! 

Job Description

About your tasks:  

  • Utilize Excel and Power BI to perform in-depth data analysis and create insightful dashboards and reports for the Category Management and CRO teams. 
  • Use R or Python to enhance data analysis capabilities, automate repetitive tasks, and explore advanced analytics methods. 
  • Propose and implement innovative approaches to enhance data analysis processes, showcasing a proactive attitude towards learning new skills and technologies. 
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders to grasp reporting needs and deliver actionable insights while communicating intricate technical processes in a clear and understandable manner. 

Qualifications

About you: 

  • At minimum, a bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required. 
  • Proficiency in Excel for data analysis and reporting, with a basic understanding of programming languages such as R or Python, is preferred. 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, coupled with excellent communication abilities to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences. 
  • Proven ability to independently research and experiment with new concepts.
