DIGITAL BUSINESS ANALYST INTERN
Job Purpose
The Digital Business Analyst Intern will assist with managing the deliverables and organizing project team resources to deliver technology solutions for Graco's product information systems and commercial platforms. As a member of the product information team, you will assist with the execution of Graco’s digital strategy. You are the intermediary not just between IT and business stakeholders but between Marketing and Engineering stakeholders. You’ll work to bridge the gaps between marketing and engineering information collection, playing a critical role in insuring that product information created by both teams is treated as a valuable company asset. You will learn skills analysis and project management, working with corporate and divisional stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of their projects. This work consists of gathering, documenting, and analyzing user requirements and translating them into development tasks for the commercial development team, engineering services team, technical publications, and vendors.
What you will do
Assist with developing business requirements into well-defined user stories and epics
Support project teams and developers in the design and build of technology solutions
Work collaboratively with the product information team to maintain the backlog and work plan to ensure the required development work is well understood, defined, and organized to align with business priorities
Learn to facilitate meetings with stakeholders on project status, timelines, and releases
Communicate the status of project timing and resourcing needs and work with your manager and other analyst to adjust development plans as necessary
Evaluate current Agile practices and make recommendations for process improvements
Assist with quality assurance testing on development team deliverables to insure completeness and correctness to business requirements and functional specification documents
Create and maintain user test plans; Work with end users and developers to perform system and regression testing

Education
Pursuing a major or concentration in Business Administration, Digital Marketing, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field
A minimum GPA of 3.0
Experience
Knowledge or demonstrated coursework in Agile software delivery techniques

SYSTEMS DEVELOPMENT INTERN
Job Purpose
This Intern will assist the I.T. development teams with identification and documentation of requirements, light development as well as managing testing and implementation. The Intern will gather requirements for system enhancements as well as problem tickets. This Intern will document existing and new processes and procedures for the I.T. development teams. This Intern will work closely with the IT development teams, customers and other colleagues in the IT department to analyze operational data sources, determine data availability, document, maintain and administer IT applications. From a day to day operations and project perspective, the work of the intern will be directed by a team manager.

ORACLE INTERN
REPORTS TO: ERP Development Manager
Job Purpose:
The Information Technology Intern – Oracle will be assigned to assist professional staff with providing software and technical support to various users of the Oracle e-Business Suite (EBS) software. The intern will work under the direction of a business analyst. The position is responsible for assisting other IT personnel with project work that follows a typical systems development life cycle including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and implementation. In addition, the individual holding this position may be involved in “special” projects such as those involving the creation of internal processes and procedures, software research, and the implementation of internal support software systems.

MS/MBA Big Data Analytics Intern
Job Purpose
The Big Data/Analytics intern will be assigned to assist a professional staff with development, setup and administration of Big Data clusters and Analytic applications in support of the business intelligence team, engineering teams and sales & marketing staff. The Intern will work under the direction of senior personnel managing the introduction of big data and analytics to business personnel. Job Purpose:
The PC Support Intern will work alongside the IT department to ensure that connectivity to Graco business systems is provided through installation and support of network hardware and/or personal computers. This position provides experience working with many internal customers of Graco, including all Salesforce nationwide, as well as assists in the implementation and provides ongoing support for IT business solutions.
What you will do:
- Provide end users with timely support and assistance relative to Graco computing systems.
- Schedule, perform and/or coordinate all computer equipment changes. This also involves direction for installation of appropriate cabling and computer equipment.
- Troubleshoot PC/Laptop issues
- Install and maintain reliable network connections according to the network plan and design provided by Tech Support.
- Serves as a communication link between Information Systems and the user community for installations, moves and changes of computing equipment when required.
- Participate in conversions/special project activities coordinated through the Operations, Technical Support and PC Support departments.
Preferred Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a 2-year or 4-year degree in Computer Science, PC Support, or equivalent.
- Minimum GPA of 3.0

- Provide end users with timely support and assistance relative to Graco business systems.
- Schedule, perform and/or coordinate storage system hardware additions and upgrades. This also involves direction for installation of appropriate cabling and computer equipment.
- Communicate installation plans/schedules.
- Troubleshoot end user performance, connectivity and application compatibility.
- Install and maintain reliable network connections according to the network plan and design provided by Tech Support.
- Participate in conversions/special project activities coordinated through the Technical Support department.
- Document support processes and technology reference materials.
- Communicate with vendors for problem resolution and fixes.
