Job Description:

CACI Special Intelligence Mission Systems, the company and partner mission and enterprise customers depend upon to provide differentiated technology and expertise, is seeking an experienced Enterprise Data Analytics Lead to support our enterprise mission operations program.

What You’ll Get to Do:  

Perform data information management, operations research, decision support systems, management information systems and coordination activities ensuring information accuracy across geographically dispersed mission locations in support of Government mission operations. Lead a highly dedicated, outcome-focused team executing a key customer mission. As the Enterprise Data Analytics Lead you are responsible for:

  • Employing digital data management (Digital Engineering) to reduce data redundancy and improve data production and reporting timeliness and accuracy
  • Delivering and maintaining a staffing database
  • Developing and delivering contract data requirement list artifacts
  • Maintaining close communications with the Government contract and technical representatives
  • Working collaboratively and cooperatively with the Government and associate contractors
  • Improving contract and mission performance through data-driven innovation and process improvement initiatives
  • Implementing and leading standard and repeatable processes (process rigor)
  • Mentoring and developing the team to achieve mission, program, professional, and personal goals

You’ll Bring These Qualifications:  

  • Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph
  • BA/BS degree in a related scientific field (Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Applied Mathematics, etc.) and a minimum of 10 years professional experience
  • Formal training in data science
  • Minimum ten years of experience supporting Intelligence Community customers
  • Minimum seven years of experience in data systems management or a related field
  • Experience supporting 24/7 operational environments
  • A great attitude, enjoy working with talented coworkers, and demonstrate an aptitude to learn and continuously improve
  • Servant leader mindset to empower the team

Pay Range: There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:

$90,300 - 189,600 USD
