MASTER DATA SPECIALIST

Job description & main tasks:

• Work with the received master data update requests, validate content and quality, and resolve any potential issues;
• Process assigned requests according to internal SLAs (service level agreements);
• Provide proactive customer support when needed;
• Conduct regular master data quality checks

Requirements:

• Strong analytical thinking
• Good communication skills
• Problem solving attitude
• Ability to work in a team and independently
• Finished or in-progress higher education
• Fluent Latvian, good command of English language, especially written

Seen as advantage:

• Previous experience in Master data entry or working with databases
• Good excel knowledge
