Job Description Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Intern for our Data, Analytics, and Reporting Delivery team. This role will focus on defining and documenting Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), developing and automating key volume reports, and redefining our delivery framework to enhance operational efficiency. The ideal candidate is a quick learner with a passion for data analytics and process improvement.

Function Related Activities/Key Responsibilities:

Develop and document Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for key processes within the Data, Analytics, and Reporting Delivery space. Create and automate key volume reports to provide accurate and timely insights to stakeholders. Redefine and streamline the delivery framework to ensure efficient and effective data and analytics reporting processes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure alignment on data reporting standards. Utilize data analytics tools and software to analyze data sets and generate meaningful reports. Assist in maintaining data quality and integrity by implementing best practices in data management. Provide support in troubleshooting and resolving any issues related to data reporting and analytics. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities for process optimization.

Education Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Analytics, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field with a final graduation date no earlier than December 2025.

Related Work Experience:

  • Previous internship or project experience in data analytics, reporting, or a related field is preferred but not required.

Functional Skills:

  • Proficiency in data analytics tools such as Excel, SQL, R, or Python.

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to document processes clearly and accurately. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Effective communication skills to collaborate with diverse teams. Basic understanding of data management and reporting principles.

Monthly Salary (undergraduate): $4,506
