Sales Support Data Analyst

We are currently looking for a Sales Support Data Analyst to join us at our facility in Asturias.

The position will be a key contributor to business success providing support in day to day operations and specially at month end for the related  reporting and  financial processes, such as:

Key responsibilities:

• Key role in connecting data from different databases, ERP, BI to create the required data set for business needs, ensuring data accuracy, consistency and relevance

• Perform data cleaning, transformation, and manipulation to ensure data accuracy and relevance

• Develop and maintain data models to support reporting and analytics requirement

• Maintain data accuracy and integrity within BI systems

• Work closely with business team and other stakeholders to understand their data needs

• Design and create data visualization (reports and dashboards) as required to support business need

• Analytics and reporting support for the Commercial Incentive Compensation Plan

• Automation and improvement of existing Sales Support reports

• Develops and drives knowledge sharing and process improvement

Key requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in business administration, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.

• Min 3 years of experience in visual reporting development, including hands on development of analytics dashboard and working with complex database and data sets

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in statistical analysis and data visualization

•  Analytical mindset to extract meaningful insights from data

• Proven experience with different ERP to BI platforms.

• Knowledge of data modelling and database design principle

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to distill complex concepts into clear and actionable insights

• Language: English and Spanish Business Proficiency (verbal and written)​
