About the role
 

Our Group Quality System and Algorithm team aims to Implement methods to improve data reliability and quality by combining raw information from different sources to create consistent and machine-readable formats. And by developing and testing architectures that enable data extraction and transformation for predictive or prescriptive modeling

Are you a passionate Data Engineer with Technical expertise in data models, data mining, and segmentation techniques? Join us! Thanks to good communication skills and the ability to work in a matrix organization, you will be able to create a strong relationship with all functions in the organization, to enhance the delivery of quality global targets.

What will you do

  • Analysing raw data
  • Developing and maintaining datasets
  • Improving data quality and efficiency
  • Developing new standard tools.
  • Supporting data collection from plants.
  • Prepare data for prescriptive and quality predictive modeling.
  • Users support (training, explanation) and Help Desk activity

Experiences & Qualifications

  • University Degree in Computer Science, Software engineering, Mathematics or similar;
  • 2/4 years of experience in applications development and Help Desk activities;
  • Database Design & Development tools;
  • Datawarehousing (Snowflake, Data Mart);
  • Must be comfortable with: Python: pandas, sklearn, scipy, numpy, plotly, SQLAlchemy;
  • Advanced knowledge of machine learning, data analysis, statistics, and probability theory;
  • Good knowledge of software development and clean code practices
  • Good English level


Where you'll be:

This is an open location position; however, Porcia (Italy) will be preferred.

Regardless of the chosen location, you will be part of a dynamic international team where English is the natural language.
