Join the expanding Gaming AI Squad as a Senior Data Analyst in the Hotels product tower within the Endeavour D&AI  tribe and be at the forefront of delivering cutting-edge data science solutions. In this role, you’ll work in a cross-functional squad collaborating with data science, business analytics, data, and machine learning engineering to deliver innovative insights and strategies that drive business growth and enhance customer experiences.

You will also have the support of your Chapter around you; team members who share the same capabilities, that you can learn and grow from. This role sits within the Merchandising Analytics Chapter.

Here is a taster of what you can expect in this role:

• Support the development of experimentation frameworks to measure and evaluate squad initiatives.

• Develop compelling visualisations to present data-driven insights and BI to facilitate informed decision-making across the organisation.

• Maintain and enhance data pipelines, responding efficiently to data services requests and ensuring data integrity and availability.

• Derive insights from large amounts of data and translate this into a story that helps stakeholders and senior leaders understand, make decisions and drive action.

• Undertake ad hoc data analysis to address specific business questions, providing timely and relevant insights.

• Guide and mentor a junior analyst within the squad

• Spread data literacy and foster a culture of curiosity and informed decision-making throughout the organisation.

Qualifications

Now let’s talk about you: 

• You are a Collaborative Team Player, thriving in cross-functional squads and aligning seamlessly with broader business objectives.

• You have advanced SQL skills and you have hands-on experience with cloud platforms (GCP a plus) as well as building data models with DBT (or similar tools).

• You have a knack for Experimental Design and Analysis, supporting the development of experimentation frameworks and using statistical analysis to measure and evaluate initiatives.

• You’ve got experience in managing Data Pipelines, ensuring data integrity and availability while efficiently responding to data queries.
• You're a pro at Data Visualisation, creating compelling visuals with tools like Tableau or PowerBI to communicate insights and drive business intelligence.
• Data Storytelling is your thing—you can pull insights from large datasets and weave them into narratives that inform and influence stakeholders.

• Your Communication Skills are top-notch, helping you articulate complex data insights to diverse audiences with ease.

• You’re adventurous and proactive with data, constantly seeking new methods or tools to enhance understanding and outcomes for the business.

• You love a good challenge, using your Problem-Solving skills to tackle diverse data challenges and drive business improvements.

• Have experience working in an Agile environment

• You may have prior experience in a Hospitality/Gaming domain
