Technical Project Manager – Subscriber Data Management

Work Location - REMOTE

No. of Positions: 1 / Maximum Submissions per Supplier – 5

Duration: 12 Months, Extendable based on Nokia Requirement

Delivery location is remote in the USA.

Specific technical expertise required is as follows:

  • Experience with Nokia SDM products (SDL, UDM and HSS) is a must-have
  • Subscriber Data Management (SDM)
  • Unified Data Management (UDM)
  • HSS solution covering functionalities of HLR/HSS/UDM/AUSF.
  • Customer facing for Software and MOP delivery, execution of MOP and ATP in customer environment
  • Working with Nokia Technical support and R&D teams for SW support and release coordination
  • Coordinate technical activities for team of 8-10 engineers executing MOPs/ATPs in Nokia lab, Customer Lab and Production FOA
  • Product supported by the project team- CBIS, CBAM, NCS, A-SBC, I-SBC, I/S/E-CSCF, MMTEL TAS, TAS Sub Prov, HSS, MRF, EIR, G-EIR, AAA, SDL, Registers, CMG, CMM, NRD

Manage deployment and integration of Core Nokia Software products. Technical Project Management Services are required to support architecture and engineering teams during the deployment, configuration, and execution of test automation suites. Some of the work will be performed during off hour Maintenance Windows (MW), if required by the Customer. The MWs are arranged by the Customer from late night to early hours of the morning (11 pm to 5 am).

Required Skill sets

1. Strong Project Management skills with focus on software delivery management in Telecom domain. Good Knowledge of LTE/VOLTE/VoWiFi Networks and Call flows

2. Strong demonstrated technical understanding of software systems preferably Nokia Core products, Nokia Application products, Red Hat Open stack, Nokia Cloud platforms, CBIS, CBAM, NCSe preferred (1830PSS, 1350 OMS, EPT and CPB tools).

Experience with Delivery methodologies and Quality programs to ensure high quality, on-time deliveries.

3. Experience and demonstrated ability to manage deployments including preparation, planning and execution of project per contractual scope within project budget

4. Experience and demonstrated ability working with and managing 3rd party vendors who are responsible for key deliveries to Nokia. Very strong interpersonal skills.

5. Strong demonstrated technical knowledge and understanding in the areas of Test Automation and Execution. Experience with managing the deployment, integration and execution of test automation suites in a complex network.
