Senior Engineering Manager

We are seeking for a motivated Software Engineering Manager to lead a diverse team of talented software engineers to build best-in-class cloud-based solutions using robust coding practices and the latest tech. In this role, you'll help our org to tackle complex business and engineering challenges using micro frontends, microservices and AI.

Qualifications

Required qualifications: 

• A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Engineering or a related field, or equivalent alternative education. 
• 8+ year minimum experience building software with a focus on customer facing, large scale, high availability, enterprise applications. 
• 5-year minimum development experience working with Azure cloud. 
• Strong track record of effectively leading technical teams.  
• Strong project management, communication, and leadership skills. 

Preferred qualifications: 

• Personal drive for participating in Cultural, Diversity, and Inclusion causes. 
• Strong experience with container technologies such as Kubernetes, Docker, and more. 
• Strong understanding of programming patterns and architecting at scale. 
• Solid knowledge of Cloud centric data approach including SQL and NoSQL databases (ex. Azure SQL, Azure Cosmos DB). 
• Exposure to Agile software delivery; familiarity with the Application Lifecycle Management (Azure DevOps/VSTS, Git). 
• Solid understanding of AI and the ability to leverage LLMs to solve customer needs.
