Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Data Quality Editor to join our team. The ideal candidate is a quick learner who takes documentation seriously, demonstrates strong problem-solving skills, communicates effectively, and thrives in a collaborative environment.

Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze high volumes of editorial matches for VOD and OTT streaming content to ensure accuracy and quality
  • Conduct thorough Quality Assurance analysis of metadata, logos, images, voice commands, and product functionality
  • Investigate errors to identify root causes while efficiently managing time and resources
  • Accurately recall and follow instructions and established processes
  • Proactively review reports and products to validate accuracy, completeness and quality, providing detailed feedback to leadership
  • Collaborate effectively with fellow editors and cross-functional teams via JIRA, Slack, and Teams
  • Provide constructive feedback on platform quality, user interface design, and tool functionality
  • Research and track upcoming programming and promotions to meet customer expectations
  • Prioritize and provide timely resolutions to tickets from clients and partners
  • Provide coverage on nights and weekends as needed

Requirements:

  • Passion for entertainment and up-to-date knowledge of current linear and streaming programs
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal oversight while also being a team player
  • Openness to feedback and coaching, and ability to immediately incorporate feedback to avoid repeating errors
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Curiosity and drive to investigate issues while understanding when to escalate
  • Ability to learn quickly, follow processes, and manage competing priorities
  • Regular, consistent and punctual attendance, and ability to work a variable schedule including nights and weekends
  • Capable of working onsite in the Philadelphia office four days per week
  • Ability to read Spanish, French, Italian, and/or German a plus but not required

The Data Quality Editor role involves highly focused tasks and collaboration with a dynamic team. We are looking for someone who will take ownership, exercise good judgment, and contribute positively to our team culture. The selected candidate will have a proven track record of success in a similar role and a desire for continuous growth and improvement.
