This is a fixed-term, 6 months contract position!
Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst with a strong proficiency in utilising Excel to join our dynamic team. The Data Analyst will be responsible for interpreting and analysing data sets, managing exceptions, and assist with the billing process.
Responsibilities:

Data Collection and Processing:
-
Collect, clean, and process large datasets from various sources.

Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and integrity.

Data Analysis:
-
Conduct in-depth analysis using Excel.
-
Identify exceptions and ensure data integrity through use of formulas and Pivot Tables.

Provide actionable recommendations based on data analysis, used for billing
-

Reporting:
-
Develop and maintain regular reports and dashboards for key performance indicators (KPIs).

Present findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Collaboration:
-
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and data needs.

Work closely with other departments to implement data-driven solutions.

Tool Proficiency:

Utilise Excel for the data analysis along with the key formulas, such as vlookup
-

Data Quality Assurance:
-
Implement and monitor data quality checks to ensure accuracy and reliability.

Address and resolve discrepancies in data sets.

Continuous Improvement:
-
Propose and implement improvements to existing data analysis processes.
-
Qualifications:
-
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science) preferrable

Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role.

Strong proficiency in Excel
-
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Strong communication and presentation skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
