Senior Power BI Consultant

The Role: 

Join us as a Senior Power BI Consultant in the dynamic world of finance, where data-driven insights shape strategic decisions and drive success.

• Target start date: Beg of February
• Location: Mumbai or Bangalore
• Remote / Hybrid working model
• Salary range: 25,00,000 to 30,00,000 INR

Responsibilities:

• Utilize the Power BI Admin Console to manage user access, create workspaces, secure content, and oversee on-premises gateway administration.
• Monitor and analyze Power BI tenant utilization to ensure optimal performance.
• Proactively identify, monitor, and resolve Power BI service issues to maintain system reliability.
• Develop dynamic and insightful Power BI reports tailored to business needs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver data-driven solutions.
• Optimize Power BI semantic models for enhanced performance and scalability.

What we're looking for in our applicants: 

• + 6 years of experience as a Power BI Consultant / Developer
• Expertise in managing Power BI environments through the Admin Console.
• Proven experience in monitoring and troubleshooting Power BI services.
• Familiarity with Azure services, including Azure Automation Accounts, Power Automate, and Power Apps.
• Strong hands-on experience in Power BI report development.
• Availability to work in the UK timezone.

Good to Have

• Knowledge of Power BI Admin REST API and PowerShell scripting for automation of administrative tasks.
• Experience in engaging with stakeholders to capture and implement business requirements.
