Job Description

As a Data analyst you will be turning data into high-value strategic insights. You will be working alongside data engineers on collecting and enriching the available telemetry and business data to unlock our full business and user experience potential. You’ll have the opportunity to architect and implement a modern scalable data analytics and monitoring system from the ground up.

Your skills and qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in business analyses of SaaS products and businesses. 

  • Expert level in SQL.

  • Experience with R, Python or any language pulling and manipulating data will be considered a plus.

  • Experience with Tableau and/or Power BI will be considered a plus.

  • Familiar with predictive modeling.

  • Experience building data analyses and reports.

  • Experience with end-to-end leading projects will be considered a plus. 

  • Have a deep passion for data analytics technologies as well as analytical and dimensional modeling.

  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written to communicate companywide with teams across the globe efficiently.

Your responsibilities

  • Design, build, and maintain dashboards that everyone in the company can use for reporting and insights.

  • Perform advanced analyses to understand the health of the business and customer base.

  • Analyze and simplify complex business requirements for reporting and analysis and subsequently translate them into good technical data designs.

  • Partner with business stakeholders to drive analytical projects that enable them to take informed and data-driven decisions.

  • Managing data analysis projects to guide our product strategy, measure the impact of feature improvements and come up with suggestions to optimize our user engagement and experience.

  • Provide data insights that help the leadership and product management in building future roadmap and Product Managers in further shaping initiatives.

  • Guide the business and product in identifying any new data needs and delivery mechanisms for acquiring and reporting such information as well as addressing the actual needs.
